1. STEAM – Line or spray steamer (bamboo/
stainless steamer). Steam approx. 6mins.
2. PAN FRY – Heat small amount veg oil in
shallow non stick pan, cook on med heat until
golden brown and cooked through, approx. 4mins.
3. MICROWAVE – Cook frozen for 2mins
approx. (times may vary).
4. BBQ/GRILL – Defrost Siu Mei. Preheat to
mid-high heat. Coat siu mei with non stick spray.
Turn on grill until cooked through with grill marks.(approx. 5mins).
